How many capsules are in a pack?
Answer: Each pack contains 100 capsules. -

Are these capsules easy to swallow?
Answer: Yes, our capsules are designed to be easy to swallow and are rapid-release. -

Answer: This product is manufactured in the North of England to GMP standards. -

Are they large capsules?
Answer: These are slightly bigger than a normal capsule, not sure on exact size. -

Are they good for PMS?
Answer: I don't know, sorry. I used them while I was breastfeeding. -

Will these make my breasts grow?
Answer: It won't make them grow, but it does improve mammary glands therefore breasts become a little firmer. Try evening primrose 1000mg-2000mg a day if you are a female over 50, start at 500mg twice a day, you may find this helps to firm breasts too which in turn makes them look a little bigger. I now take fenugreek and EP, I am nearly 70 and it works for me is all I can say. -
Question:
Are these as good as the ultra fenugreek?
Answer: Ultra fenugreek has 2000mg and has been discontinued, but this one is 610mg. -
Question:
The label says it is one capsule a day in the picture, but the description on here says 1 to 2 three times a day. How many do I take?
Answer: I would only take what this says on the packet. If you would like more info, please contact our supplier at [email protected]. -
