Answer: This is not a CB radio, it receives Shortwave, Mediumwave, FM and SSB (Ham radio) only and it does not pick up CB radio. -

Answer: It has a smooth plastic finish. We cannot confirm if it will go sticky after a few years of use as the radio is relatively new. -
