- Moliendo Chocolate is produced from cocoa butter obtained by crushing cocoa beans. This oil, the most valuable part of cocoa beans, is stored at room temperature without melting and begins to melt at 33 °C’, just below body temperature. The moment you put coffee stored at room temperature into your mouth, it starts to melt and you immediately get that unique taste. This is what distinguishes hand-made chocolate from others!
- Do not store your Moliendo chocolate in the refrigerator. The coldness of our refrigerators may cause discoloration on the surface of Moliendo Chocolate. Store Moliendo chocolate in a cool, dry environment, at room temperature (between 16-22 °C).
- above 22 °C, chocolate will not spoil unless exposed to extremely high temperatures, but its carefully shaped shape into Moliendo Chocolate may deteriorate.
- If chocolate is stored close to other foods with a strong odor, the smell of other foods is absorbed by the chocolate and you will be prevented from feeling ideal aromas during its consumption.
- If you live in a humid and warm place, you can wrap the chocolate in a towel and store it in the refrigerator.
