Will you make a version without added vitamin e? vit e is not recommended in supplement form, let alone high doses like 12 mg.
Answer: We do not have any plans to introduce an Evening Primrose Oil supplement without Vitamin E. We can confirm the safe upper level of Vitamin E is 540mg, with 12mg being the minimum recommended daily amount. Kind regards, Louise@healthspan -

How much gla per capsule?
Answer: The Evening Primrose oil is 1,000mg which provides total omeg 6 fatty acids of 700mg. Of which LA are 600mg and 100mg of GLA. Mixed Tocopherols are 2mg. Hope this helps :) -

My flat can get warm and stuffy, can these be kept in a fridge? Thanks.
Answer: Yes product can be kept in the fridge, Oils sometimes get some ‘turbidity’ in the fridge (eg the waxes present in the oil forming a haze) this will disappear when they come back to room temperature. Capsules also get a bit less flexible more brittle in the fridge so please take care when pressing out a capsule, if capsules are prone to break it is better to first pierce the foil on the capsule you try to remove with your nail or a teaspoon before pressing out the capsule to avoid splitting capsules. -

It says this is Vegan, but the ingredients list Gelatin as ingredients for the capsule shell? Is this truly vegan?
Answer: No it’s not vegan. But otherwise it’s good to take. -
