- Rosehip Your vitamin C content is 1,250-1,500 mg, so that the rose hips can also be referred to as true vitamin C bombs. Other ingredients, such as other carotenoids (e.g. lycopene), flavonoids and the so-called galactolipid are contained in rose hips in their original form.
