- Pour un entraînement quotidien à la fluidité de lecture en toute autonomie ! - Une démarche couvrant tous les champs de l'entraînement à la lecture fluide : s'entraîner à lire vite, sans erreurs, avec précision, de manière expressive... tout en préservant le plaisir de lire ! - Un apprentissage évolutif : difficulté progressive des exercices, diversification des activités, augmentation de la longueur des textes, auto-évaluations... - Un travail quotidien d'entraînement à la lecture de syllabes, de mots, de phrases et de textes à travers 25 séquences sur l'année, soit une séquence par semaine avec une séance de lecture par jour. - Dans chaque séquence, un focus sur des sons complexes ou des sons proches pour stabiliser le déchiffrage et la lecture. - Dans chaque période, un texte narratif suivi sur 3 épisodes et 2 extraits d'un genre littéraire différent : un roman fantastique (période 2), un conte venu d'ailleurs (période 3), un roman policier (période 4)... .) - Dans la même séquence, une alternance d'exercices d'entraînement et de lecture de textes extraits de la littérature de jeunesse. - Chaque séquence commence par une phase d'entraînement à la lecture rapide, sans erreur et avec précision pour amener l'élève à une fluence moyenne de 90 mots par minute en fin de CE2. - La séquence se poursuit par une lecture préparée en 3 étapes : écoute du texte et travail de compréhension en collectif ; préparation de la lecture ; lecture à voix haute et auto-évaluation. - 2 niveaux d'exercices d'entraînement pour faciliter la différenciation. - Un système d'auto-évaluation pour évaluer sa progression en fluence.
