- Food Grade Fumaric Acid: Meets Food Chemical Codex standards for food and topical formulations. Preservative and delayed action leavening acid in bakery doughs.
- Cost Effective Acidulant: Replacement for citric and tartaric acids. Adds more sourness by weight than most acidulants, reducing the amount needed. Neutralization value of 145. Effective buffer at pH levels below 3.5.
- Zero Hygroscopicity: Preferred flavor agent for acid sanded confectioneries. Does not absorb moisture from the environment during storage. Less soluble than citric acid. Slows down sucrose inversion.
