Answer: It might work. When I have diamonds that are different sized, I try and use a side angle on the pen and place them on the project. It may take a little more time to do. -

Answer: I've only used this with round drills and it works great. I will be trying the square drills at a later date. -

Answer: Only the round and square tips are completely metal. The bottom of the others are metal holding the plastic tips. -

Answer: It is probably cheaper to just buy another pen. -

Answer: Thanks for asking. At present, Benote brand offers two kinds of replacement tips to extend your Benote drill dozs Pen's life. The Basic Edition can be found with ASIN B099279YKF, and the Elite Edition with ASIN B09K7C6NWW. -
