Whether you are in the hotel/hospitality industry or provide assisted living services, Amana brand PTACs are designed to provide your business with plain-and-simple product durability and advanced energy management features, while helping you to create the best indoor comfort possible. You can be assured that your Amana brand PTAC will provide your guests with quiet comfort and operation. To minimize the operating sounds, we’ve acoustically engineered our system with enhancements that include an indoor tangential fan for quiet and even air distribution and a two-speed indoor motor for enhanced guest comfort. Additionally, the two-speed outdoor fan allows for lower overall sound as compared to units without this feature. Innovation and features are packed in as well. Skilled engineering ensures the unit achieves an STC 29 level, R-32 Refrigerant is available on all units and RF/Bluetooth® integration provides new levels of connectivity. This will fit into a standard, pre-existing 16” x 42” wall sleeve. New installations require a WS900QW wall sleeve and SGK01B rear grille plus either a wireless or wired thermostat (all sold separately). This unit comes with power cord included. Key Features: 3-Speed Fan - Provide precise comfort control to your guests. 4-Minute Compressor Lock-In – After the compressor cycles off, it will not restart for four minutes to prevent harm to the compressor. Automatic Freeze Protection – The fan motor and electric heat strip are turned on if the PTAC unit senses the temperature below 40 degrees. Dual Fan Motors - Allows precise independent fan speed operation. Easy Pull-Out Filters: Our filters are washable and easy to maintainFront Desk Control: Each unit comes equipped with the Eden control and energy management software. Using the Eden software and the PTAC's integrated RF antenna, all units can be wirelessly connected to a central hub for enhanced energy savings and diagnosticsIntegrated Bluetooth® Connectivity - built-in connectivity with the Amana Brand Moblie app available in the IOS and Google Play Store, which allows for unmatched configuration flexibility. Integrated RF Communications: Each Amana brand PTAC has an integrated RF antenna to allow out-of-the-box connectivity to the Eden wireless thermostat (DS01G, sold separately) and Eden Concierge energy management system. Power Cord Included - No need to match power cord type to unit size. Quiet Operation - With an STC Rating of 29, The J Series is Amana's quietest PTAC. R32 Refrigerant: With a GWP (Global Warming Potential) of 677, this unit is California-compliant. Zero Floor Clearance: The unit can be installed flush to a finished floor if desired (please note that some accessories do not have zero clearance).
