Burley Design Child Seats Editorial Review
** Dash RM Rack Mount Child Bike Seat** The Dash RM Rack Mount Child Bike Seat has garnered a largely positive reception from customers, who appreciate its ease of installation, overall safety features, and thoughtful design. Many users report that the installation takes under five minutes, making it convenient for busy parents who want to quickly set up for a bike ride. The seat is praised for its secure attachment, bolstered by an extra safety strap that ensures stability throughout the ride. Comfort for children appears to be a top priority, as multiple reviews highlight children's happiness while seated, with one parent noting that their child enjoys riding at speeds up to 15 mph on an electric bike. The seat accommodates growing children well, with reviewers mentioning that their kids continue to feel comfortable as they grow older. However, some parents have observed that for very young children, particularly those who might doze off during rides, additional head and neck support could enhance the experience. Durability also stands out as a strong point; customers report using the seat over long distances—up to 600 miles—with minimal issues. Though there are some noted drawbacks, such as an occasional problem with the back storage area detaching when overloaded, this is minor compared to the overall positive performance. The aesthetics of the seat are also appreciated, with a sleek black design that many find visually appealing on their bikes. The investment in the Dash RM seat is justified by various users who believe the safety and quality outweigh the higher price compared to alternative options. Despite its premium cost, parents recommend the Dash RM highly, often suggesting that it is worth every penny for both ease of use and child safety. **
