- Versatile Dough Options: Joydeem electric dough maker mimics the action of hand-kneading with a 200W motor that operates in intervals. Ideal for making dough for bread, pizza, pasta, sourdough, roti, dumplings, and steamed buns. Saves time and effort, simplifying baking and kitchen cooking. Constant Temperature Fermentation: This dough maker machine features a small heating unit at the base, allowing it to maintain a fermentation range between 77-100℉, helping you create various dough types. Since it doesn’t reach high fermentation temperatures, we recommend using warm water for mixing and fermenting dough during winter. 5Qt Capacity: The electric dough mixer comes with a 5Qt mixing bowl, capable of handling flour weights from 300g to 1600g (3 loaves of bread). The maximum flour weight for fermented dough is 1300g. We recommend a flour-to-water ratio of 100:50/60, but you can adjust the ratio and add other ingredients based on your needs. Time Adjustment: Joydeem dough machine allows for adjustable time settings: 5-40 minutes for mixing and 5-120 minutes for fermentation, with 5-minute intervals. It supports three modes: dough mixing, dough fermentation, and mixing followed by fermentation. Stainless Steel Material: The mixing bowl and blade are made of durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning. If any parts break under normal use within one year (for home use only), we offer replacements. Product Details: Joydeem HMJ-A501 dough mixer machine features a vertical design with a small top window for easy button control and adding ingredients during dough preparation. The base has four silicone suction cups for greater stability and reduced noise during operation.
