- Advanced Material: The ACF release film is made from premium material. Please remove the blue protective film before use. The smooth release side is bring into contact with the resin during use. The frosted back side faces the screen light resource. Please put the ACF release film on the a clean table to avoid creases on the surface of the release film after remove the blue protective film.
- Lower release force: The release force of ACF film is lower compared with FEP film and NFEP film. The deformation of ACF film is lower during the printing process, which can increase the success rate of printing.
- Faster Speed and Durability: The release force of ACF film is lower, which can provide high speed printing. The ACF film is the smaller deformation during the resin curing, which can provide better printing. The ACF film is durable and service life is longer.
- High Temperature Resistance: ACF release film is higher heat resistance than FEP film and NFEP film. It can be able to work stably long term at 500°F/260°C. The melting point of ACF film is 580 °F/305 °C.
