The STOTT PILATES Intermediate Matwork 3rd Edition DVD has garnered a mixed reception among users, particularly those seeking quality Pilates instruction. Many customers appreciate the instructional quality, noting that it effectively teaches a variety of classes focused on matwork without any need for additional equipment—a significant plus for instructors and studios. However, the challenging nature of the exercises means that it may not be ideal for all users. Some users have suggested that Prospective purchasers, especially beginners, should Consider starting with the Matwork Essentials version to solidify their foundational understanding of key poses before diving into this intermediate level. This feedback indicates that the DVD is primarily aimed at instructors rather than students, as learners may struggle to follow along without having previously mastered the basics. Additionally, the content has been criticized for not being as engaging for yoga enthusiasts, with comparisons made to other yoga videos that are better received.
