The Magswitch MagJig 60 Keychain Magnetic Woodworking and Welding Base Clamp Holder for Wood Working Supplies is a cool little magnet that works as advertised. The switchable magnet is designed to work well and even when turned "off," it still has a slight amount of pull. It can be used to pick up metal shavings around a drill press, and the sticker/logo is removable. The magnet should not damage fob with magnetism. The knob, however, is not as firm as it should be and doesn't seem to want to stay in the on position, and the claimed rating of 60 pounds is inflated by probably double what it really has. According to a fish weighing scale, it has less than 30 pounds of pulling force. The magnet barely holds 10 lbs and is not worth the $20.
