The product is targeted towards students and makes for great classroom or graduation gifts. However, some customers have noted that the pencils feel odd and do not have a genuine wooden texture. In addition, the light-colored text on the pastel background makes it difficult to read. Although one customer was unhappy with their purchase due to the price and lack of return policy, another customer loved them and even gave them out for her daughter's Sweet 16 party.
