Do the larger sizes need a rug pad on hardwood floors?
Answer: It is a good idea. Even with the weight they will slide. I have mine on carpet so it wasn’t necessary. In my foyer on wood floor I have a non slip rug pad. Under my dining table on wood floor I do not have one due to weight of table and chairs. -

Answer: It is not a problem when my sons dog stays with us. It is a tighter weave than I expected. I have had the rug for several months and I love it. -
