- Inocep Heat Moldable Orthotic Insoles are designed for customers who want firm arch support, a custom formable fit, and full-length comfort inside everyday footwear. These orthotic shoe inserts combine the structured support of a rigid footbed with an energy-return foam cushion top layer, giving your feet stability under the arch with added comfort underfoot. The firm support base helps stabilize, control, and balance the foot, making these insoles a practical choice for flat feet, low arches, falling arches, tired feet, and plantar fasciitis-related support needs. The heat moldable design is one of the main benefits of this insole. For a gradual custom fit, place the orthotics into your footwear and wear them normally so your body heat can help mold the insert over a few days. For a faster custom fit, follow the heat-molding instructions by warming the orthotics in the oven, placing them into your footwear, and standing with your toes forward while the insole forms more closely to your foot shape. The full-length design supports the heel, arch, and forefoot in one insert and can be used in compatible shoes, sneakers, work shoes, and boots. Inocep insoles are made in multiple sizes for more accurate arch placement, performance, and overall fit. For best results, remove the existing shoe insole when possible, place it over the Inocep insole as a trimming guide if needed, and make sure the insert sits flat and wrinkle-free inside the shoe. Because these insoles use firm arch support, your feet may need time to adjust. If needed, wear them for only part of the day during the first few days, then gradually increase wear time as your feet become accustomed to the support. The topcloth is designed for regular wear, and the insoles are easy to care for: wash by hand with warm water when needed and air dry completely before placing them back into shoes.

| Instructions | TWO CUSTOM FORMING OPTIONS: WEAR FORM: Place the orthotics into your footwear and wear as with any other shoe. Your body heat will form the orthotic to your foot after a few days. HEAT FORM: Preheat conventional oven to 200F or convection oven to 175F. Place orthotics in oven for 3 minutes. Remove and immediately place flat (wrinkle-free) into your footwear without original insoles. Stand straight up in your shoes with toes pointed forward and your feet shoulder-width apart for 1-2 minutes. |
