Answer: I’m not sure if being in a hot metal box makes any difference than working in a clean room, but mine would last my entire 10-11.5 hour shift and then some. I would charge it whenever it was convenient for me, yet it never ran out of battery. I don’t know the longest time it has gone without being charged, but it’s been longer than I’ve needed it to be every day. You’ll be fine. -

Answer: Iv had 3 pair, the charger mini USB port stops working after a month..it did the same on ALL THREE pair i'v owned. you rent these for 70 bucks a month. -
