However, the displays are quite dated and don't always give all the necessary information. The bits are of excellent quality, and when combined with the hinge crafter, you have the ability to make a wide variety of hinges. Although the bits are quite noisy in use, they work well if you hold them against the fence tightly and vacuum continuously. Additionally, backer boards are recommended wherever possible. Overall, this set is well worth the investment if you're frequently making hinges.
