    Answer: You can grind coffee beans to coarse in 5 seconds, medium in 10 seconds, and fine in 15 seconds.
  • Question: What safety features does this coffee grinder have?

  • Question: Is it ok to add like 3 tbsp of water to grind Ginger or Garlic? or is the grinder only for dried food?

    Answer: Kindly note that this unit can only be used with a voltage of 120V. Using the unit with a higher voltage may cause the unit to fail. We hope this helps!

    Answer: the instruction manual only contains instructions for grinding coffee, but here is the chart for that:nDuration Grind Size Brewing Methodsn8–10 seconds Coarse French Press, Cold Brewn10–12 seconds Medium Pour Over, Dripn12–15 seconds Fine Espresso, Moka Potn they say not to operate it for more than 1 minute continuously and if you do hit that threshold to let it cool for 3 minutes before using it again.
  • Question: Is the plastic lid BPA free?

    Answer: Yes, the material of the grinder, including the lids and whole body parts, is food-grade plastic and is BPA-free.
  • Question: Do you have to keep your finger on the button the whole time it grinds or do you just touch to start it?

    Answer: You do have to keep your finger on the button the whole time. To get a medium grind you keep your button down for 10 seconds. For an espresso grind it's 15 second. I use medium grind so 10 seconds doesn't seem to be a big deal in my world. Hope that helps.
  • Question: Can i use this for a single shot of espresso?

    Answer: This product will grind the coffee to a very fine powder that should work well for espresso
