Answer: No! You will need a couple hours to unpack the shipping container; socket set is all that is needed, and attach the blinkers, mirrors, and battery. I had mine up and running within 2 hours. -

Answer: This is the "NBF-2" Lifan engine and has a conventional oil filter on right (if sitting on bike) side lower case of the engine. The older NBF had an "oil screen". -
