    Answer: I just recently hooked mine to my apple 11 phone and it says to push the right one twice to turn up the music. Ok help me understand why this doesn’t make it louder. So I got an app or two to see if I can get more volume and the first app did a little but cost money so I got another app that says it can go up from 200 times more 300 up to 1000 and isn’t a cheap app when I finally got it to work it was where I wanted it at 300 but I don’t think it’s worth $10 a month just to be a little louder. Do you know any way I can get more volume without paying every month .or do you make a set that is louder .it says hold the right one down twice for more volume.
  • Question: Just received my Earfuns, and the only control that works is volume control - not play/pause, not next/previous track. Are they defective?

    Answer: 1 press (either side) = pause/play, 2 presses (left) vol down (right) vol up, 3 presses (left) skip previous (right) skip next

    Answer: You can control pause/play/next/previous via the headphone buttons, you can adjust volume with voice assistance like siri and google now by shortly pressing the right button twice.
  • Question: I use to use the Bose sleep buds. Can you sleep in these?

    Answer: No, they are too bulky to sleep in.
