Several customers have reported that the product arrived and worked as expected without any issues. It has been reported that it allows the user to do everything they need to do with their BMW E46, including coding which they were unable to do via the OBD2 port in the car. It is a simple plug and use cord which users have commented is sturdy. However, there have been a few negative reports about the quality of the product that has promoted customer dissatisfaction. The connector quality on both ends of the cable was poor, resulting in poor intermittent connection causing INPA not to work. In other cases, one of the connection points on the unit wasn't connecting to the computer plugin, resulting in the device's failure to work. A few customers had terrible experiences as the quality control of the product was less than satisfactory. Furthermore, customers have also reported that the product did not work on their BMWs, despite being advertised by the manufacturer as compatible.
