Answer: It is a permanent vinyl so it can be used as a car decal. I would say that after time and weather exposure that there is a chance for fading/discoloration. -

I want to use this on my laptop. Can it be removed without damaging the laptop?
Answer: It's permanent vinyl. Once it's cured for a few days then that's it. As far as damage I'm not sure but it will leave a residue. -

Can this be cut by hand? Need to cut to size and apply directly to smooth surface. No machine or pattern will be used. Will this product work for this?
Answer: Absolutely. Just get yourself some scissors and measure your area. I recommend using a good transfer tape to apply. GOOD LUCK! -

Whats on the reverse side? Is this good for acrylic key chains?
Answer: It depends on the color but is not always the same color as the front, for example the orange has silver on the other side. -

Answer: All of the vinyl seems to be about the same quality.
TECKWRAP Adhesive Vinyl Editorial Review
This product is a permanent vinyl that comes in a variety of colours. It is not recommended for use with a craft punch but can be cut by hand. Customers have used it to wrap an e-scooter and also for customising cups. It has been found to be easier to work with than Cricut brand vinyl and is better value for money. However, one review found it difficult to weed and another found it was the worst vinyl they had ever used. It can be used as a car decal but may fade/discolour with weather exposure. It is also not recommended for use on laptop surfaces as it will leave a residue. The vinyl is thin and may not cut well on standard settings on a Cameo cutter. The vinyl is dull on the adhesive side and the reverse side is not always the same colour as the front.
