So does 2 Pack mean 2 Kits with 2 each for a total of 4 covers?
Answer: No. You only receive 2 covers in the 2 pack. -

The dimensions you state are for the size of the packaging not the size of the actual cover right?
Answer: I never measured the actual size. They are too small and not strong enough. One ripped when I tried to stretch it over the box. -

Is one side black and the other white?
Answer: Yes. -

What size box do these cover?
Answer: They were used for boxes which were 23 1/2 inches long and 20 inches wide. They stretched a little but were still a tight fit. One ripped while putting it on. They are very thin and cheaply made. -

Is this package qty 2, 2-packs? In other words, are there 4 covers total?
Answer: No. You only receive 2 covers in total.
