Answer: Don't know. My sports bras are t-backs. But if I was betting on it, I'd say yes. -

Answer: It all depends on the cut of the shirt. However, if it does, just move the strap a bit. For instance, a boat neck tee or blouse would be too open (some even without the pads) or a really generous cut tee or blouse might show them.
