Answer: Mine was 117cm/46.1inch long & no, it is quite warm & lined so I think it would be too hot for India. I use it as a Autumn/Winter nightdress. -

Answer: It reaches well below the knees, lovely, cosy feel to it. I lived in India and I'm certain that it will be too warm. Unless you are going high into hill stations. -

Answer: Put in the washing machine on 30/40 degrees did peg in line quick iron over perfect or if worried try putting it in a washing bag, I always use a bag for underwire bras.
