- Increased engraving capability and material variety - The 20W laser cutter is equipped with a powerful 20,000mW laser module. It can cut 15mm (0.59 inches) pine wood, 0.05mm (0.002 inches) stainless steel and 8mm (0.31 inches) acrylic. After repeated cutting, 25 mm (0.98 inches) wood and 35 mm (1.38 inches) acrylic can be cut. Compatible with a variety of materials including stainless steel, cotton fabric, leather, metal, wood, glass and acrylic.
- Finely detailed and colourful engraving results — The newly upgraded 32-bit chip ensures that the LONGER RAY5 20W laser cutter works even more stable and smoothly. The integrated advanced 256 colour system combined with the ultra-fine laser focus of 0.08 × 0.1 mm allows for even more precise engraving and higher contrast. In addition, the laser engraver is equipped with an air port that allows easy connection of different air compressors to achieve a cleaner surface.
- Excellent integrated design - The LONGER 20W laser engraver is equipped with a newly upgraded 32-bit motherboard, which ensures smooth and more stable operation. It features ultra-fine laser precision with a spot size of 0.08 × 0.1 mm and engraving accuracy of up to 0.01 mm. With a generic working range of 400 × 400 mm and the upgraded 240 MHz ESP32 chipset, it supports the control of multiple machines through a single computer and significantly increases work efficiency.
- Wide Compatibility & User-friendly Design - The built-in 3.5 inch touch screen allows you to easy monitor engraving progress, adjusted speed and opera the machine effortlessly. It supports four connection methods – USB, Wi-Fi, app and TF card – and allows offline operation. Compatible with professional software such as LaserGRBL and LightBurn, giving you the flexibility to choose the program most suitable for your workflow.
- ACCESSORIES FOR ENGRAVED ENGRAVING - The rotation device everything precision, multifunctional engraving on various cylindrical objects such as glasses, cups and baseball bats. The air pump delivers an adjustable airflow of 10-30L/min to reduce smoke and dust. The strong airflow so ensures fast cooling, prevents overburns and ensures clean results. It is ideal for cutting and engraving 3-6mm thick materials. The set contains 12 risers, each adding 60mm engraving height.
- Reliable Safety Features - The Longer 20W laser cutter is equipped with a protective cover over the laser head that filters over 95% of laser radiation. For added safety, it also comes with a protective shield and goggles to ensure safe operation. Built-in safety features include emergency stop, motion detection, overheat protection, and a concealed active cooling system - all of these work together to extend the life of the machine and provide a soothing feeling during use.
