How do I transfer my kid's contacts if they are coming from Xplora X5 Play and using the same SIM card? I don't see any way to transfer the contacts or coins.
Answer: Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer contacts, but you can contact our customer support to update the amount of XCoins on your new watch.
