    Answer: No, this USB magnetic cable is for charging only and does not support QC 3.0A fast charging.
  • Question: How long is each cable in the pack?

    Answer: Each cable in the pack is 10 feet long.

    Answer: Yes, the cable is compatible with Bluetooth earphones and other devices.

    Answer: Yes, most phone cases allow for plenty of room for the connection. The system comes with several different connectors to remain in the phone. The cord section just connects magnetically.
  • Question: Anyone have issues with the tip staying in the phone? I want to charge on a Harley.

    Answer: The nib stays in my iPhone 12 Pro Max and my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. It's the magnet that's the possible issue. While I don't have an issue with it disconnecting while bouncing down the road in my rig, the slightest catch and tug of the cable will dislodge it from the nib in your phone.

    Answer: Definitely! They're very handy and saving my charging port. That's what has messed up on my last two phones, and I had to buy new ones or get them fixed. I would definitely recommend them.
  • Question: Will these work on the latest iPad Air?

    Answer: There are iPad bits in there, but no idea if the ones you need are them. I run moto z3.
  • Question: Will this fit a Samsung Galaxy S9 and later versions?

    Answer: It should. The button plugs into the phone nearly perfectly, and the cable charges it. It is a regular speed charge, but USB power specifications are pretty standard across the board. I have these little 'button' adapters plugged into everything and everything works just fine.
  • Question: Can I connect to a 'C' type charger?

    Answer: My Samsung A11 phone takes a C charger, and these magnetic chargers would not work for mine.
  • Question: Will this fit my Stylo 6 with the protective phone case on the phone?

    Answer: We have protective cases, and the connectors work fine. My advice is to always gently remove them to the side because eventually the piece in the phone will pull out a little causing it to not work. We love the magnetic connections!
  • Question: Are the iPhone charging tips included?

    Answer: Yes, the Lightning nibs are included.
  • Question: How do you remove the tips?

    Answer: It comes with a special tool but honestly it's pretty easy to remove without it if you have fingernails.
