The Gourmia Electric Meat Grinder 500 1000 Watt Max is a fast and easy-to-use machine that is also easy to clean. It comes with three stainless steel grind plates for fine to coarse grinding. The base of the grinder is sturdy and not cheaply made. The gears are steel, while the attachments for making sausages and kibbeh are plastic. If the unit gets overloaded and turns off, it's recommended to allow it to cool down for 30-45 minutes before using again. The grinder comes with a breakfast sausage stuffer funnel and an accessory kit. Replacement grinder blades can be obtained by contacting Gourmia directly. It's capable of grinding horseradish roots with the 500 watt model. The cutting blade size is #5, which is 2 1/8 inches. Overall, this grinder is easy to clean and operate, but it can be a bit loud. Some customers have experienced issues with the machine not grinding the meat properly.
