The product is a very dense and sturdy composite platform with an aluminum frame, which is easy to carry and easy to set up. It holds up to 330lbs, relative to how it is set up. The 2 front legs are independently adjustable, as are the 2 horizontal back extensions that rest on the upper stair or landing. It comes with an easy to understand manual written in several different languages. It works well on normal stairs and on curving stairways. The platform is not made to be used with a ladder that is more than four steps tall. Because of its design, it's unlikely that the product is OSHA approved. Pins could buckle under 150 lbs, which is nowhere close to its 330lbs rating. It has a ridiculous price point; however, it's on the larger side with a stable platform and is safe to use when used correctly. Overall, people using this claim that their lives became easier in tasks like changing light bulbs, hanging pictures and painting walls.
