Ryvita Rye Crispbread, Fruit & Oats is a flavorful and healthy snack made with wholegrain rye flour and fruit. It has no additives or preservatives and is a great option for people on diets. Each package contains 24 slices with 35 calories and 6.7 carbs per slice. It also has 5g of added sugars per serving, probably from the fruit in it. One customer suggested trying out all the other flavors, especially with various seeds, as seeds and grains together with other items that you might put on this or use it to dip with, would make fairly complete protein. Some compared it to the Rye Krisp brand and found Ryvita to be better as it's thinner and has a better rye flavor. However, there is one customer who found the Crispbread a bit crumbly and tasteless. The product is a little different from the Herb seasoned rye crisp that's no longer available in the U.S. but it is a great substitute. The expiration date is March 7, 2020, for current packs.
